義大利人非常自豪於他們的披薩傳統,甚至如果你把鳳梨放到披薩上面對他們來講都是一個侮辱! 但是旅行過義大利這麼多次的大大編,真的覺得在義大利找到好吃又特別的披薩其實不容易,因為大家的披薩其實都長得差不多,吃起來也沒有特別令人驚艷,跟在德國或是奧地利吃到的披薩相去不遠。

直到2018年的時候,大大編來到了義大利南邊的城市Matera馬泰拉來比賽。首先先來介紹一下這個迷人的小城市, 2019年被選為歐洲文化之都的馬泰拉在1993年被聯合國列為世界文化遺產,因為他們有地中海最大的穴居群(看照片),另外其荒涼的外觀也被列為世界十大鬼城XD 電影『受難記』也在這邊取景喔!

然後來介紹一家這間餐廳的披薩吧,馬泰拉其實是一個蠻觀光的城市,所以在主要大街上面也開了許多餐廳,當大大編發現這家之後, 基本上他待的整個禮拜回訪了超多次,有時候沒位置的時候他就外帶這樣XD

這家餐廳的價格不固定,他們常常更新他們的菜單,他們的披薩是大大編的最愛,圖片中是他們的創意披薩,用了Mozarella加上乾辣椒以及菠菜,從來沒有想過有這種組合的披薩,抱著既期待又怕受傷害的心情點了之後,根本驚為天人,沒吃過餅皮砍得這麼酥脆(但又很厚實),以及口感這麼有層次的披薩,吃完之後回去吃了好多次這個披薩XD 之後也有外帶海鮮披薩或是芝麻葉加上意大利火腿的披薩,每一個都好吃到讓人想哭!

如果有來馬泰拉玩的人,千萬不要錯過這家服務態度超好,然後東西又超好吃的義大利餐廳喔<3

As the European Capital Culture City in 2019, Matera had many more tourists. Brian was there for the competition in October 2019. The city is full of "Sassi," Sassi means Stone in Italien. You will find so many ancient stone cave in this lovely city!

He has found one delicious pizza in town, during his one-week stay in Matera, he went back several times. This one is called "Genuine Cucina e Bottega," located quite near the center of Matera.

He ordered the pizza with Spinat, dry chili, and Mozarella. He had no idea what's that, but after he tasted it, he fell in love with this special pizza. It was so tasty; the savory smell made Brian finishing this pizza within 10 mins. Fantastic!

They also offered different kinds of food and daily menu. It was very reasonable. It's a restaurant you tasted it, and you will never forget!
